Alex Kerby is the Director of Operations at Cantrell Law Firm, where she oversees the day-to-day functions that allow the firm's attorneys to focus on what they do best. Her primary focus is cultivating a client experience that is both responsive and genuinely personal, while keeping internal processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her organizational skills, ingenuity, and calm under pressure, Alex brings a client-centered approach to every aspect of her work.
Alex's professional path reflects the same entrepreneurial spirit that defines the firm. After earning her degree in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication, she began her career working alongside Blake Cantrell at one of his prior entrepreneurial ventures, gaining hands-on experience in marketing and early-stage business operations. She later made a deliberate pivot into an entirely new industry, joining the Oklahoma City Ballet in a professional operations role. There, she combined her organizational and client experience expertise with a genuine passion for the arts, further developing the versatile skill set she brings to CLF today.
After several years with the Ballet, Alex rejoined Blake at Cantrell Law Firm in her current role. Her responsibilities span client communications, attorney support, office management, and the firm's marketing efforts. Her steady professionalism and creative problem-solving make her an essential part of the CLF team and a familiar, trusted voice for the firm's clients.

Beyond the Practice
Alex is a creative at heart. Outside of work she spends her time baking, scrapbooking, drawing, and working through crochet projects, often with Joni Mitchell playing in the background. She is also a dedicated fan of the Oklahoma City Ballet, holding season tickets and taking part in their adult ballet classes. Alex lives in the Oklahoma City area with her husband and their cat, who are the center of her world.
